Focus on Needs

Success by the yard is hard, but a cinch by the inch.

Without vision, there are no goals, and without goals, it is hard to identify what you need to do next. A vision is defined as the "big picture." It represents who you want to be, what you want to be known for, and the accomplishments you want to achieve.

Your vision becomes the "why" that helps you define your goals. A goal is something you are hoping to achieve.

You can have long-term goals, which are things you want to do in the future that require time and planning. The time frame is one to five years.

A short-term goal is something you want to accomplish within a week, a month, or 90 days. It is easier to visualize and focus on, but generally, it doesn't deliver the motivation you were hoping for.

Needs are necessary for humans to live. In the 1940s, psychologist Abraham Maslow introduced his Hierarchy of Needs. Essentially, people are motivated to achieve specific needs, and some needs take precedence over others.

The people we revere achieved their success because of their deep-seated intrinsic motivation triggered by their personal needs. Michael Jordan, Ophra, Steve Jobs, Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Lady Gaga, Bill Gates, the list goes on and on. None of them were motivated by money. Instead, their motivation came from their deep-seated NEED to become what they became.

The funnel below demonstrates the process of going from a vision, to goals, and finally to 30-day needs.

Your long-term vision incorporates what you would like your life to look like in 3 to 5 years. It creates your 1-year goals, which you compress into 90-day goals. What will you accomplish in the next 90 days that moves you toward your annual goals?

Then, you ask what you need to do in 30 days to make your goals a reality. You then determine what absolute must-do activities need to be done next week, what needs to be completed each day of the week, and get specific with your activities each morning and afternoon.

So let's cut through the noise to see what so many successful sales managers are discovering. By focusing on themselves, they are gaining insight into how they can satisfy their salespeople's needs. The result is they double their sales. Yes, double, and we do this every day!

The fact is, most of your salespeople live in mental hell. Even in this vital market, they're in debt and highly distracted by the life they are living.

Their needs will motivate them once you help them see how needy they are by working with them to achieve Financial Freedom.

We GUARANTEE our System will help you take average salespeople and double their production by getting them to focus on their needs. Happily, we have many clients who have increased their effectiveness by five to ten times, thus increasing their incomes by five to ten times.

But it all starts with you!
